Spin Aqua was a musical collaboration between model and musician Tsuchiya Anna and Iwaike Kaz, formerly the guitarist of Oblivion Dust. They performed together just over a year and a half, releasing one album, three singles and a video collection.

Spin Aqua went on a hiatus as Anna decided to focus on acting, and disbanded later in 2004. After the disbandment, Anna continued with her modelling and acting careers, as well as working as a solo artist. Kaz joined up with I.N.A. of Dope HEADz in another musical venture, as well as making the leap into producing when he worked on Hyde's 2006 album Faith.
